Licensing

software.pointsav.com distributes pre-compiled binaries under exactly two license tiers. Both are one-time purchases in native USDC on the Polygon network — there is no subscription, and no recurring charge for continued use of a binary you have already purchased.

PointSav Commercial (Apache-compatible)

Applies to os-console, os-privategit, os-totebox, and os-workplace. The underlying source for these products is published under AGPL-3.0-or-later at github.com/pointsav/pointsav-monorepo. As copyright holder of that source, Woodfine Capital Projects Inc. separately grants purchasers of the compiled binary a commercial license conveying Apache-2.0-equivalent rights: no copyleft obligations attach to your use of the binary, and you may fork, redistribute, or compete freely. This is a grant on the compiled artifact only — it does not relicense the published source, which remains AGPL-3.0-or-later.

FSL (Functional Source License)

Applies to os-infrastructure, os-mediakit, os-network-admin, and os-orchestration. These are distributed under FSL-1.1-ALv2: the source is readable, and the license carries one restriction — you may not use the binary or its source to build a product that competes with PointSav. Two years after a given version's release date, that version's license automatically converts to Apache 2.0, at which point the non-compete restriction lapses for that version. What a purchase includes

A purchase is a one-time transaction for the version you buy. There are no subscriptions and no ongoing service commitment — you download the binary, and it is yours to run indefinitely. A license's update-channel window has an expiry date that governs whether that specific purchase still qualifies for newer version downloads; it never blocks or revokes your ability to keep running a version you have already downloaded. Purchasing a later version, when you want one, is a separate transaction at the same tier price.

Source availability

All licensed source code referenced above is published and version-controlled at github.com/pointsav/pointsav-monorepo, satisfying network-service source-availability obligations for any AGPL-licensed components in this stack.

Tax

PointSav Digital Systems currently operates below the CAD $30,000 GST small-supplier threshold and does not collect GST, HST, or any other sales tax on purchases made through this site.
